Returns
At The Galleria Beautique, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return for store credit in the form of a GALLERIA BEAUTIQUE GIFT CARD ONLY useable online not in store.
Items purchased online may not be returned or exchanged in person at any in-person store location at this time. Returns are processed within 7 -10 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
We do provide a pre-paid return label to only U.S. customers. Pre-paid labels are at cost of $9.99 and will be deducted from the total amount in the gift card when issued.
Customers are allowed to purchase their return labels (if this method is preferred start the return process by emailing us and note you prefer your own label). Email us for a return address at "thegalleriabeautique@gmail.com" with your order number stating you want to use your return label.
Items not sold by us that are sent back will be discarded upon receipt.
15 DAY STANDARD RETURN POLICY
We review and authorize returns requests within 15 days of receipt of delivery.
We must receive the returned item within 15 days of return authorization.
We will gladly pay your return shipping if an item was not what was ordered or defective.
Please keep the return tracking information for your records. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to us.
RETURNS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION-
*To be eligible for a return, your item must be damage-free, unworn, free of makeup stains, unaltered, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it, not used or altered in any way. You must also include, in the same condition as it was received:
- All original packaging such as boxes, bags, tags, and UPCs
- "Free gifts" or bonus items
- All items included in a bundle
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-returnable.
- All Accessories(Jewelry, hats, belts, bags, scarves, and others)
- All intimate, swimwear, and bodysuit items
- All Hair Extensions
- All Services
- Final sale items: If any final‑sale item is sent back, it will be discarded and no credit will be issued.
NOTE: Online store credit is a form of gift card that can be used on our website. In returns, online store credit is issued after we receive return item(s).
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
